Lenovo announced 4GB RAM new edition of Lenovo K6 Power

Lenovo is on a launching spree with number of devices adding up to the variety. The company has today announced a new variant of their budget smartphone Lenovo K6 Power. It comes with 4GB of RAM unlike the earlier announced version which has 3GB RAM. Lenovo K6 Power was launched in India in November 2016 and earlier it was announced during IFA 2016 along with Lenovo K6 and Lenovo K6 Note.

The highlight of Lenovo K6 Power is its 4000 mAh battery that also sports the reverse charging feature. It also boasts of Dolby Atmos audio enhancement feature for speakers and earphones, and a fingerprint sensor on the back. It competes against Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime which is still considered as one of the top choices in its price range.

Lenovo K6 Power sports a 5inch IPS display panel with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080p) and is powered by 1.4GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 430 SoC long with Adreno 505 GPU. With the new variant coming in the picture, there will be now two RAM choices including a 4GB and a 3GB version. It comes with a 13MP rear camera with a SONY IMX258 sensor and an 8MP front camera with SONY IMX219 sensor.

Other than RAM, every other specification is the same as the older version. It is a dual SIM device and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) on top of Vibe Pure UI on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, FM radio, Micro-USB, and GPS/ A-GPS.

The 4GB variant of Lenovo K6 Power is coming with a price tag of Rs. 10,999. To recall, the 3GB Lenovo K6 Power can be bought for Rs. 9,999 on Flipkart. Lenovo K6 Power 4GB RAM variant will be available alongside the older variant at 12PM from January 31 onwards on Flipkart.
